Job Responsibility

• Provide assistance to international clients on email, chats or verbally. Quick and attentive speaking with the clients. Take ownership of customer issues. Troubleshoot problems and drive resolutions. Escalate unresolved issues to relevant internal teams. Collect prompt and accurate customer feedback. Document knowledge as solution articles. Master the use of help desk software.

Educational Requirement

• Any Graduate
• Excellent English Communication skill ( Verbal Efficiency)
• Basic computer knowledge - (MS Word and MS Excel Efficiency)
• Internet Savvy (Efficiency)
• Email (Efficiency)
• Good Knowledge about Social Media (Preferred)

Experience Requirement

• Minimum 2 years of work experience in the same domain is mandatory

Additional Requirement

• Age 25 to 32 years
• Both males and females are allowed to apply
• Male Candidates must be comfortable in Night shift
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
• Team spirit; strong communication skills to collaborate with clients and other team members
• Good time-management skills
• **Candidates who are located in Hooghly district or nearby Hooghly district will be more preferable**
• **Candidates, belonging from a CBSE or ICSE background will be given preference**
