KPO Project Manager (Onsite)

Job Context

As a KPO Project Manager at CYBERTOSS PVT LTD, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing a variety of projects, ensuring they are completed efficiently, on time, and within budget. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in leadership, data management, e-commerce support, web research and data mining, web content writing, social media marketing, and administrative support.

Job Responsibility

• • Lead and manage KPO projects from initiation to completion. • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. • Develop detailed project plans and timelines. • Delegate tasks and responsibilities to the project team. • Monitor project progress, resolve issues, and initiate corrective actions. • Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. • Maintain a strong focus on data management and quality. • Conduct web research and data mining to support project goals. • Oversee web content writing and social media marketing initiatives. • Provide administrative support as needed to ensure project success. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives. • Maintain excellent client relationships and ensure client satisfaction.

Educational Requirement

• Must Possess Graduate Degree or any equivalent degree.

Experience Requirement

• Minimum of 2 year of relevant experience in data management, e-commerce support, web research, data mining, web content writing, social media marketing, and admin support.
• Strong leadership and project management skills.
• Excellent data management and analytical skills.
• Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms and best practices.
• Excellent research skills and the ability to extract meaningful insights from data.
• Exceptional writing and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and accuracy.
• Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities.

Additional Requirement

• Age between 25 to 32years.
• Must be comfortable in Night shifts.
